No. 14 dining chairs designed by Michael Thonet for ZPM Radomsko.
Beechwood frame with a woven raffia seat
c.1910-1914
The No. 14 chair is the most famous chair made by the Thonet chair company. Also known as the bistro chair, it was designed by Michael Thonet and introduced in 1859, becoming the world's first mass-produced item of furniture.
In very good condition for their age, some minor losses to the raffia (which is stable) and the original varnish has lightened along the backs of the chairs. Please see images.

As expected with most vintage items, this piece may have minor amounts of wear. We try to highlight any flaws – however minor – so that you can make a fully informed decision and that you don’t have any unpleasant surprises upon delivery.
